The CEO of the company is utterly clueless and has no idea on what the employees are doing, while exiting, there was not even an exit interview, not even an email of gratitude or respect, the HR doesn't respond to any of the queries, the management cheats with the employees with the salary and FnF, also lies to the employees regarding the increments and work involved, during the notice period, we were not even informed on when the notice period had begun and when the notice period had ended.

I am currently working this company for more then 2 years now, Its a great place to work..When most of companies were removing employess in the period of Covid pegasus hired me. I have grown with this company and have found the best leaders to work with... I have never felt insecured about my job till the time. Guys just a request before beliving on the reviews which are posted...speak to the pegasus employes. They will show you the better side of the company. I am writing this review about my company because I dont feel some negative reviews posted below are true and trust worthy.
