Is Intellect Design Arena Ltd actually a good company to work? I'm seeing a lot of reviews having keywords as 'place of politics', 'people-based', 'school-like' workplace and also low career growth. I'm currently having 1 year of experience as Java developer and the current company I'm working also have low career growth. I have searched for opportunities to work in a good workplace and initially I was recommended Intellect Design Arena, it will be really helpful if I get any guidance in this

Hi Guys - Facing one issue: I have 1 million files URL's I wanted to move all files to AWS s3 - how can I do it? Downloading and Uploading is taking too much time even after using multi threading. Approx 100 files per 40seconds. Is there any alternative which will cost less money and less resources?

I lost 99% of opportunities because of NP being 90 days. When I finally got an offer with minimal 12% hike, I resigned. Now, HM is saying, we can release you in 2 weeks since you will be released from project in 1 week. Because the cost will be on us now. Ask your new employer to change your joining date for this month. What a hypocrisy of NP 90 days, if i can be released in 2 weeks, let my NP be 2 weeks only from beginning so that atleast I have better opportunities when i start for switch
