Small team, Company is only 5 years old.
Cons
Pressurized atmosphere, biased management, no proper training and you spend 10 hours for initial one or three months. they say that training can take three months and expect you to be ready in month. contradictory views of process in trainer and manager. if you get through then and then there is a scope of having work and life balance. can recommend to only those who are in similar industry.
