Horrible company to work with

Nothing is good. They will feed you all junk food.
Cons
No work life balance. Policies are not clear. Start up culture. Management doesn't really care for employees wellbeing.

Great Brands but leadership crisis in India
1 Nov 2019 - Area Sales Manager, Brand Manager in New DelhiRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Good Brands to work on, very good policies, On-site creche facility, Good leave policies
Cons
The company has been continuously transforming for the last 5 years. Leadership is not clear of the strategy. CEO is an expat and taken for a ride by other excom members. Excom members have very clear favoritism and merit goes for a toss from Senior Manager levels. All Excom roles are filled with people one level/band below the right band, due to leadership crisis (which gets painted as critical experiences, and saving monies!). No retention talks ever happen for any roles - Leaders just want to save money by clubbing roles. There is no work life balance ever over here, and people take pride in that.
