1. There is no work life balance 2. level change and all possible with the alignment of SM and TDM( You dont get it on doing hardwork) giving level change is under control of Unit manager. Hard work will not deceide your level change 3. In front level L4 level is a dead end after that there is no job for L5... From L6+ management vacancies company will hire from B school
