      They are giving good pay and benefits

      1. There is no work life balance 2. level change and all possible with the alignment of SM and TDM( You dont get it on doing hardwork) giving level change is under control of Unit manager. Hard work will not deceide your level change 3. In front level L4 level is a dead end after that there is no job for L5... From L6+ management vacancies company will hire from B school

      Direct supervisors don’t hold employees accountable. The people that work hard get more work and the people that screw off have lower expectations from management.
