    Pros

    Very secured, always encourage employees to upgrade skills, provide in class trainings to employees by spending money for trainings, persistent is all rounder as it always provide learning skills to its employees and at the same time company conducts several fun activities and sports. It also encourage in charity activities. From work , training on latest technologies , fun and also social activities for helping poor children education and many its completely all rounder. I love this company but as i also need to look for my career and to explore other opportunities i hav to go to other. In future I love to be a part of persistent.
