    Pros

    Senior management is open to connect to people. Company focuses on employee skill enhancement. Company provides opportunities to internal employees before looking out of the company.

    Cons

    No cons as such, but, middle people management's style of work should be reviewed. There work style should change to be more agile and open.

    Advice to Management

    Mid managers are not technically strong and mostly focus on things which are not acceptable in today's IT scenario. Please check how they are doing value addition.

    Pros

    Lots of new things to learn as a fresher.
    Good canteen food.
    Awesome cultural festival celebration.

    Cons

    No transparency in promotion policies.
    180 degree appraisal policy.
    Very less increment if joined as fresher.
    Lot of work load, have to work on weekends/holidays.

    Advice to Management

    There should be transparency in promotion policies.
    Proper planning should be done at management level to avoid more than 9 hours/day or weekend working.

    Flexible work hours. Some managers are good, some are time pass and will involve in politics to save their skin.

    1. Work life balance is again depends on projects which we are into.
    2. 9 hours time sheet is mandatory. [Anyways it is there almost all companies]
