    Training sessions are not too good. They teach theoiritical concepts not practical concepts. In hand salary is less

    work-life balance is there The manager supports you all time Flexible working

    Cons

    There are no such cons to tell. but small client with an organization is not as flexible. you have to work with their streams and policy (only in case if you deputed on client location with small client)

    1. Best work culture 2. provides better facilities like Gym, badminton court, TT, canteen etc. 3. you can switch the projects internally after 15 months
