Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI worked at Persistent Systems (India) part-time for more than a year
Pros
1. If you join as a fresher, Persistent is a good company as it provides quality training (at least it used to, not sure about now) 2. Many learning opportunities since timely trainings are available.
Cons
So many cons... 1. Pathetic food policy 2. Mostly support and enhancement projects 3. Some people have less workload and some have too much of workload which gives some people chance to take part in extra curriculars, which eventually makes managers and top managers happy. And the people having too much workload are never appreciated. 4. No motivation whatsoever. 5. A lot depends on the manager (a lott!) 6. Persistent has policy where self goals are raised by every employee which are actually provided by higher management. 7. Less salary hike. 8. Promotions are given to local people first even if they don't deserve.
