    Advice to Management

Your employees are the ones that are helping you succeed so don't be rude or treat them like dirt. My very first manager was great after that it went down hill real fast, i was pregnant and was unable to do lifting but always did more cleaning/stocking but the manager was being rude so i left. No problem up till that point because i did more thn he asked me to but when i couldnt i became a problem.
