    Pros

Good employee benefits with great products on the market.

    Cons

Managers are very powerful to aid you to move up the ladder or hold you down regardless of one's work ethics or diligence, in addition to, doing favoritism to their friends and cute people in the group! I have been working at Pfizer full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Gym privileges , hours.

    Cons

There is no cons . Incompetent, not qualified scientists , shouldn’t be working for Pfizer . Not following basic GMP guidelines, state & FDA should inspect the labs. They are people there with GED education& fake degree’s , working as a scientist.

    Advice to Management

Hire qualified people with chemistry degrees, not biology degree ,easiest master degree to get. Abbot terminated people who are incompetent , Pfizer should follow that too.

    Advice to Management

Instead of hiring more and more fixed term CTs, build upon the employees you do have.
