- Work Hard / Play Hard Culture - Days can get stressful but being friends with co-workers makes it easy - Ability to build your own business - Opportunities to make great money and progress quickly

(All have to be expected to succeed in a sales environment) - Long hours - Results driven - Be prepared to have your numbers compared and critiqued - You won't make crazy money in the early stages - It takes time to build your practice - No 401k but it's in the works

Fantastic culture, hard working, meritocratic, true work hard play hard. You will gain life skills and professional skills that reach far beyond recruiting alone. The company offers great benefits, PTO, and the ability to earn money. By no means is the job easy, but you can achieve a lot in a short amount of time if you work hard.
Cons
Sometimes work becomes your life, but that is like a lot of jobs. Definitely, a stressful job but comes with the territory!

International company, up to 10 different nationalities, very open culture. Work hard, play hard culture. Can dress down and finish early on Fridays. Highest base salary in addition to uncapped commissions. Can earn 5-digit on good months. KPI driven - but not hire and fire culture. Managers will try to help.
Cons
Longer working hours, but normal in the recruitment industry. Steep learning curve. Involve some cold calling for business development

Pros
In Chicago there is a lot of room for growth within the company. The people within the company have a fun culture both inside/outside of work. Everyone truly supports each other and it's a work hard play hard environment. Being in a smaller office within a growing company you have easy access to managers across other locations. They want everyone to succeed.

Long hours but that's normal in the industry

Phaidon's newest office - so a lot of growth potential. Continuous expansion meaning fast track to management Great culture with good incentives - work hard play hard environment Good access to senior management - hands on Work environment - driven and ambitious people to work alongside Having worked in London, NYC and now Chicago - given me good insight into how to grow office. Journey has been an excellent one, with opportunity for people who join to do the same.

Due to a new office - extra hours needed - will be beneficial once the first year is complete.

Great training, great team feel, lots of incentives, serious work hard play hard mentality. I became part of "the team" instantly. Also they offer incredible health insurance.
Cons
Hours are long-but we signed up knowing this! Base pay is also low-but the money you make if you just do the work makes up for it.
