I feel this as my best platform to start my fresh career. The support from my team lead , manager and my colleagues always boosts me to learn new techniques. Good lunch and dinner. Happy for working here.

Before Joining the company, I read many glass door reviews those are against. But I am feeling soo happy to say that I didn't face any thing of such reviews in this company.

Can learn new technologies and work in our own smart way. No BOSSism . Every one is transparent ,helpful and interactive. Though it is a Start up,women are treated good and company supports in every possible way they can !!

I think the way we understand work environment showcases our workplace and surroundings !! As of now no negatives from me.

- Huge customer base - Fine with revenue numbers - Talented co-workers - Opportunity to learn new technologies Recruitment is a huge market and Phenom has captured a void space. "Connecting the dots" is the main mantra for the success of the products. Promising marketing roadmap, at least on paper.

- No Development process followed. Very few teams/projects follow. You are lucky to be in it. - Very low confidence in the new product that is been planned to develop. - Sales / nervous executive management toggle and switch priority product development frequently. - I used words low confidence and nervous because of competitors' strategy. Based on what competitors are doing we have to change the direction of work. - Decision and discussion regarding the requirements gathering/planning/resource allocation can take 6 months by management. But the job needs to be completed by an engineer in 1 week. "Do this in 2 days client wants it now". - Poor long term product road map. - Poor resource allocation planning. Even there is 3 month notice period, management is finding it very hard to fill the gaps. - Huge dependency on very few people. No one has time to give knowledge transfer. Because everyone is busy. - Code quality and brute-force everything. Because customer wants now. - No has time to optimize stuff. - Create a panic situation if there is a production issue. Making noise will never solve the problem. No one tries to understand the pattern of such issues and address to problems ahead. Because everyone is busy. - Management is so conservative about using paid tools like Intellij & other productivity tools. Always asking developers to use free versions. - No cultural or social activity. - Worst workspace. Congested, hard to find meeting rooms, noisy environment, not an ideal place to work. I'm not sure how people can concentrate on work. I have been hearing about shifting to a new facility for several months, but still continue to hear the same. There is even a shortage of chairs. Horrible parking - 10 car parking slots for 350 employees that must be a joke. - It is generous to provide lunch and dinner. But the taste is really bad and no one takes feedback. - Very bad health care policy. Even BPL people get better insurance coverage under Ayushman Bharat Yojana. Don't give benefits just for namesake.

Scope to learn new technologies and freedom to work in office timings. Seniors will help very much. Managers are co-ordinative. Management is very good. Employees are friendly.
