1. Just good for learning new technology.
Cons
1. Not having a proper process and management 2. Just in the name of COVID -19 company is doing pay cut, variables and hike are cancelled, even though company's revenue is not impacted. before COVID also their were many years were the company have performed with less revenue. Now they got a chance in the name of COVID to do pay cuts from fixed salary and also not paying variable amount. 3. Not many benefits for employees. insurance coverage is also very less 4.Many from the upper engineering management don't even know how the Agile process works. 5. Work/ life balance is not good they will make you work day and night no personal life will be there. On the top of that also company is doing pay cuts of the employees who are working hard.

Cons
Competing priorities with very aggressive timelines. Work life balance takes a hit unless you are extremely efficient which is a difficult feat to achive during this pandemic.

Good HR team Salary will be credited on 30th of everymonth
Cons
Too much of work , management will make sure to work atleast 12 hours in a day with their deadlines. No work life balance. When you are on holiday also, you will be thinking about work only. There is no other option. They will offer you good package at first but once you join in the company you will surely regret about your work lift balance
