The management is awful. Treat you like a piece of dirt that can be replaced. Always hiring and always firing. The are condescending and downright nasty. They are very condescending and never answer emails. You have a question too bad for you because they won't answer yet send you a nasty email if you make a mistake. Training is awful. If you don't understand something you are treated as if you are just stupid. They constantly threaten to fire you. Don't work for this company if you need a steady income. You will be on QA forever and can only do 10 lines for three months. You make nothing. Even HR won't answer an email. I think they have meetings to see how nastier they can be to employees. Te=here is no respect for the employees so don't expect to be treated fairly. Do yourself a favor, don't apply here and do this to yourself. It is not worth it!
1099, no benefits, untrustworthy, paid per auth, weekly phone fee, all auths are called in (no portals, no faxes), they push you to do whatever it takes to get auth even if it means falsifying requests
