`Friendly work environment, flexible work schedule, and casual dress attire. Good health benefits, and most managers do seem to care about their staff.
Cons
Little or no vacation time (1 week), promised pay and/or bonuses are not honored, and policies vary from employee policies based on who you talk to. It is very unclear on how your salary is even measured, other than how the "ownership" feels at the time.
NONE, the only way to make a decent paycheck is to work 6 days a week and to work 60 + hours a week for the lowest amount of pay when compared to competitors
Cons
Work 60 plus hours a week. Under paid for the amount of work. Will make you work illegally against federal laws.
