They love the gospel and it drips into everything they do. With campers and staff in mind, they run hard as an organization do do things with excellence and find new/better ways to improve.
Cons
It can be a long or hard work schedule even if not working specifically at a camp, but the rewards are encouraging

RecommendsNeutral OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Pine Cove full-time for less than a year
Pros
The people you work with will be awesome.
Cons
Their response to a COVID-19 breakout was handled very poorly. Refusing to test some campers and counselors that should have been tested likely to make their covid numbers not as bad.
