They have some very good clients one can work with.

Cons

Once their employee is placed at the client's location, they are at the client's mercy for their fate. There is absolutely no right which can help the employee in their journey. They don't have any sabbaticals, awards, formal appreciation or experience documents for their employees.

Office near metro station easy to reach.

Cons

NO Increment on time, they delay always. No bonus, no incentives, no employee skill enhancement programmes, Management always plays with words, never keep there promise. No value for hard work and dedication. All senior employees are fired here without any reason. This company always thinks about cost-cutting. This organisation seems MNC but internally it is a LALA company like BPO.ALL the positive reviews put in here are by HR only to trap people. IF you want to spoil your career please join this company. No one thinks of employees pocket here, no increment at all here.

Can't think of a single thing. If you know people in the management, you might get paid well.

Cons

Petty politics and nepotism galore. I am unsure how they are not being investigated for FCPA violations they commit in their India operations.
