1) Management lacks understanding of deep learning in general machine learning and over it, they commit moon shot AI surveillance solutions to customers. 2) This attitude is over burning data scientists and ML engineers. 3) Not hiring very experienced tech members(Deep learning experts) most of the product is built with few interns(good for interns). 4)Very tight deadlines hence No personal life. 5)Management lacks vision and attitude of engineering hence always need to create patchy solutions to overcome monstrous problems and this attitude always shakes up and overturn the entire team during hectic demos and release cycles.
