    The atmosphere at the job is generally good

    Too long on poolside - not safe because of low amount of staff. In some scenarios this is ok but to have this everyday is irresponsible.

    Very easy to get hours. Workload was equal across all staff. Enjoyable workplace

    Cons

    Management didn’t allow much progression unless you were on a full time contract, which was hard to obtain
