      Good company, gradually being eroded by BT

      Pros

      Nice people, nice refurbished offices, small and tight-knit teams/departments. Most of the company are co-located.

      Cons

      Current decision-making amounts to: "We're doing it because BT do it" Culture of panic, knee-jerk reactions and overcompensation. Increasing dependency on contractors and off-shore. Lack of investment in permanent staff.
