In the last 2 years, I have learned many things from handling the development of the project to communicate with client for requirement gathering in a very short time. I’m grateful to management and company for giving me such an opportunity to communicate and handle projects with clients. Plutus give freedom to all its employees to explore new technologies with the help of manager and team members. In addition, Plutus also facilitate employees by allowing “work from home” with prior permission. Plutus binds each employee through monthly birthday celebrations, cultural activities and annual trips for refreshment from daily routines. Employers treat all the employees like a family. If you want to start your career then this is the best place to start.

Its been almost 3 years since I am working with Plutus Technologies. The company gives you full ownership to create processes and experimental methods in your way, it helps developers to grow their skills very nicely. I feel proud to work with Plutus Technologies as it is growing fast and there are a lot of new things to learn every day. Work culture is great. Open door policy to connect with the CEO of the company on any issues, at any time is the rare thing any company can provide. Here, I have seen people growing from fresher to seniors, the company always encourage ideas from everyone. All the team members are very helpful, humble and experienced. For experienced people, you will get more responsibilities to lead freshers. Employees will get to work on each type of technology. My manager always had my back even though I sometimes made mistakes. This trust helped me to keep working and improving myself. I learned that - if you are honest and try to help the company in its ventures, they will help you with yours too.

Spending a major part of my professional career at Plutus, I'm unable to differentiate between my home and workplace. Plutus provides individuals a great flexibility in work hours and an environment that aims to bring together all the employees as a contributing part of the team. The teaching + learning aspect of the company is encouraged by understanding superiors who manage to create a fair, friendly and equal working platform for each employee of Plutus. In addition to that, Plutus act as a part of one’s family through festive celebrations, one and two day outings at least once a year and ice-breaking birthday celebrations as a part of employee engagements. Overall a great place to work.

I've been working with Plutus technologies for the last 3 years as a web and graphic designer. I joined Plutus as a fresher. I have been trained here in Web Design from the basic level. It gives immense opportunities to freshers. Plutus technologies is one of the finest Mobile and web development IT company. It has a creative & hardworking team with great knowledge of all technologies. The work culture is also great. They also arrange a monthly birthday celebration event and a yearly picnic. Managers and senior colleagues are always ready to help when needed.
