They could not care less about their customers. You are penalised if you even question management’s decision (even if the processes clearly aren’t working and the whole team has raised it). So many things go wrong every day and management ignore staff who raise it, meaning staff have to deal with ridiculous amounts of abuse from customers, but management don’t care. No room for growth.
