Pros

They have hired some smart and nice people. Downside is that most have left or looking to leave.

Cons

Toxic environment and blame culture. About a third of the company have left in the past year - from all departments. People are very unhappy. Inexperienced HR and SMT. Avoid.

Pros

Casual clothes Free lunches on Fridays Snacks Senior management do a great job encouraging positive reviews on Glassdoor and filtering out negative comments (hence very little negative reviews)

Cons

Long hours accords company (9-6) More and more non operational teams now having to work weekends and bank holidays Very poor standard of HR Extremely high turnover Sub standard processes in place with regards to looking after and regulating customer funding Vast majority of staff seeking other opportunities due to unfair treatment received by senior members of staff Staff let go because “the didn’t fit in”.

Pros

The team (not including management)

Cons

They could not care less about their customers. You are penalised if you even question management’s decision (even if the processes clearly aren’t working and the whole team has raised it). So many things go wrong every day and management ignore staff who raise it, meaning staff have to deal with ridiculous amounts of abuse from customers, but management don’t care. No room for growth. CEO probably has no idea who anyone is (nor does he care) Conversations with HR and management are not kept private. I had a conversation with a manager who then proceeded to ring other staff members 5 minutes later to tell them what had happened, professionalism at its finest.
