Real Challenge is balancing the work life , sometimes long work hours and unpaid overtimes. Another thing would be inconsiderate management who dont give f about the employee, recently they made people come to Bangalore just to replace their assets when they could've just sent it via post ,people spent their hard earned money , many spent even their whole paycheck just to get this done as they wanted it done within few weeks deadline else a paycut or major things would effect them was the consequences
