I have been working at Porter full-time

    Pros

1.) One of the best work cultures . Work culture is less about perks/facilities and more about trust and freedom. The company trusts its' employees to do their work and gives them ample freedom to do it at the time and place of their choosing. 2.) No micro-management and useless B.S. 3.) No leave policy. Porter never counts your leaves and trusts you to be responsible with them 4.) Ample chance to make mistakes. You will never be scolded if you make mistakes and hence Porter is a good place when it comes to career growth. 5.)The technology team is not afraid to experiment with the latest tech. Hence plenty of chance and freedom for technical growth and learning. 6.) Porter is full of wonderful and real people, when I say real it means people who have emotions and can see beyond their work and business. Our personal life and hobbies are as much part of our daily conversations as is our work.

    Cons

1.)The team can do better with planning and enforcing deadlines. 2.) Vehicle Parking is a mess
