There is little to no work pressure

1. Incompetent management 2. CTO is Megalomaniac , lives in his man cave. 3. You will be judged at every thing by seniors. 4. Tech have no sense of direction. 5. Fired 50 percent of tech team just because they wanted to cut cost, no one from decision making body got fired whose job was to access market trend or make relevant predictions. Instead they fired junior developers from tech.

Please for god sake hire a good software architect and ask your CTO to stop doing design work he doesn't have any idea about the complexities of system perhaps yateen was a good designer but he left too. 2. 10am-6.30pm policy (common yaar am a developer not a call center employee so you guys expect me to spent 8.30 hrs in office)

As a fresher from college I had apprehensions of settling in. My mentors / senior team members made me comfortable and encouraged to share my ideas and evaluated them on merits. Never felt out of place during my 2 year stint. Lot of activities around employee development and engagement A large tech team enabled me to get flavour of various tech platforms
Cons
At times one feels that work flow is too comfortable which can be made more demanding. Cafetaria is basic and can be improved

The office atmosphere is very positive. The senior team was supportive. Everything was good until a bad phase arrives at the company in September.
Cons
The CTO of technology was not aware of the company's condition. He fails to understand the company's financial situation due to which the company fires a major portion of the employee (approx half company).

1. If you are a fresher you will learn a lot (not from seniors in the company but by yourself. They will bully you if you ask for help and will judge you.) 2. Work life is balanced. 3. Holidays. 4. Salary is on time.
Cons
1. CTO is completely maniac. He considers employees as Labourers. You will never receive any appreciation from him no matter how much you did well. 2. As a fresher you will be judged by your seniors every day. Thus gradually you will lose your confidence. 3. Some Seniors are not friendly, as a fresher if you approach to them for help they will bully you and start judging your capabilities. They will start making fun of your capabilities. 4. Lots of Firing. Recently in the month of September 2019 about 60-70 percent of the employees got fired. 5. Yearly appraisal is only 3% (almost all employees). If you are very good in eyes of CTO(the maniac) you can get upto 12%. 6. No learning for the experienced ones. 7. If you are from IIT or NIT then the other colleagues (mostly Seniors from non NIT and IIT background will be jealous to you.)
