      Pros

The office had a family feel and I was made to feel welcome no matter what office I went to. Premier provide great incentives and benefits which keeps motivation high.

      Cons

Long hours and hard work. Recruitment was very different to my previous experience so KPIs were new to me.

If I could give less than 1 star then I would

      Pros

      Struggling to think of any…

      Cons

Micromanagement is the only word I can use to describe their style. Managers will listen in on your calls daily and access your inbox to check your emails. Inappropriate comments were made towards female consultants on a daily basis, even by managers. Extremely long hours with no work life balance. You are expected to work outside of your working hours, through your lunch break and are looked down upon if you don’t. If you are unwell you are made to feel bad taking time off and you feel awkward even booking holiday. They also ask their staff to write positive reviews as they monitor this site as well as google.

      Pros

-Friendly Managers and Leadership Team -Good incentives and employee vacations

      Cons

-Long hours, you are expected to be at your desk by 8:30 and technically allowed to leave at 6:00, however if you don’t spend at least an hour extra at work it would be frowned upon -Pay is very low for the amount of hours expected -Training Program is pretty horrendous and will not teach you the skills you need -Incredibly high turnover rate, people quit or get fired extremely frequently

      Micromanagement, misogyny, no progression

      Pros

Consultants you work with are fun

      Cons

Very laddish culture. Inappropriate comments were made towards female consultants on a daily basis, even by managers. Support from management was non-existent. Yet they are quick to micromanage. Often they would access your inbox to check your emails, keep track of calls by listening in, etc. Pay was shocking. Minimum wage + poor commission structure Extremely long hours with literally no work life balance

      Pros

I worked at Premier for less than a year and my time there was great! The company make sure they look after their staff with amazing incentives! The support from the management team at times of need is outstanding and they do all in their power to help and support you in anyway which says a lot about them as genuine people.

      Cons

Premier expect you to do the best you can do so be prepared to put in hard work and long hours because the job can get very stressful at times and you must be able to take on the pressure.

      Pros

The Managers and team are very friendly and make new employees feel welcome into the business. For all employees, we have the opportunity to earn high potential with incentives on top. Everyone who works for Premier has the potential to build a career, progress and work towards targets to win holidays away. Managers have a hands on approach, which helps employees feel valued in the team and results in transparent relationships with Manager and Team Leaders.

      Cons

Premier work long hours and targets can make the job stressful, however these are spoken about in interview processes so are already preconceived before starting.
