Pros

Pay is good Team members are very nice opportunities to work on interesting things

Cons

Company forcing people back 4 days per week in office and only gives us less than two weeks notice. No respects for peoples lives or commitments outside of work and having to organise for things like children that we need to organise daycare get ready to be hiring for a lot of roles Prezzee because lots of people are talking and are very unhappy with how you handled this and don't plan on sticking around for long

We fully appreciate that change is unsettling and that the decision to transition from our previous three-day hybrid model to four days in the office may have come as a surprise to some. Working from home has offered flexibility and comfort, and we recognise the value it brings to our team. However, we also believe in the importance of fostering a collaborative work environment, which can be enhanced by having our team members work together in the office. We also encourage you to speak to your manager about your specific concerns or suggestions regarding this transition and have shared the details on how to apply for an exemption if this arrangement isn’t suitable due to commitments or commuting distance. We are open to making adjustments where necessary for our team members. Once again, we appreciate your feedback, and we are committed to fostering a work environment that respects and values every member of our team. Thank you for being a part of the Prezzee team.

Pros

Some good committed people Snacks provided

Cons

Toxic culture Expected to respond during sick leave and holidays Global hours means that you're working from early morning to late night Short notice to return to office 4 days a week Bonuses held back Lots of recent redundancies Overall was a highly stressful environment for not much fulfilment, Wouldn't recommend as a place to work.

Dear Former Product Manager/Employee, My name is Tony. It sounds like we didn't get to work together but I want to say thank you for your feedback. I have recently returned to Prezzee and can only apologise for the experience you have had. I and the rest of the Leadership team, many of whom have been with the business for years now, are committed to improving our experience for all employees, including those who worked in global roles such as yours. While this can be an environment where you grow and have great exposure, global roles can take a toll too. I just wanted to thank you for sharing your views and to wish you well in the next chapter of your career. Sincerely, Tony Karp.

Self-imposed Chaos

Pros

- Work-life balance is good, though a 4-day week would make it top-tier - Most employees are friendly and helpful, as much as they can be - LGBTQ inclusive from what I have experienced so far

Cons

- Upper management in constant flux, doubt from that is never addressed properly - Minimal benefits beyond incentivising app usage - You have to look, speak, and act in a certain way. Otherwise you are going to lose the pervasive game of office politics - Firefighting and navigating chaos is appreciated over designing and executing well - Focus is on quantity of features over quality - Management of some "important" projects is an absolute joke - Values seem to apply to lower-level employees only - Heavyweight agile processes providing minimal benefits - Bad communication structures in place across teams
