Pros

Exciting new industry on beautiful farms.

Cons

A 26 yr old CEO/Owner who was given the money from his daddy to start the largest cannabis farm in the world. The young man is also allergic to cannabis, which makes for a lagging interest level in the CEO.

Pros

Interesting industry in beautiful agricultural areas.

Cons

Low pay, sub-par benefits and a very young CEO with no business education nor experience, who is more concerned about “loyalty” than taking action when someone comes forward with a complaint about unethical behavior or harassment. He is more concerned about being “the biggest grower” but not so concerned about ensuring that his employees are engaged and happy. There is no work/life balance.
