1. you'll never have any problem with management, get in touch with hr if you do it will surely be resolved. A couple of times I needed clarification and it was a breeze 2. I was in the tech team so I can honestly talk about this. Tech head and other managers are very approachable, have zero egos. 3. Don't worry about job security etc you'll be given more than enough time to adjust. 4. not much work pressure here you won't be expected to work more than office hours or on weekends

Cons

not exactly cons just minor points for management (this is specific to my project it could be different for other projects) 1. dealing with the marketing team can be tough, your patience can get tested. 2. lot of companies have yearly increment, some are now moving to half yearly increment, here it is still yearly. but they are generally open to accommodating ideas so I guess if enough people raise this point they may consider it.
