Ok for lifers not looking for growth. Stable.
Cons
Don't expect advancement. Suburban offices. Watch out for people that have been there for 10 years or more. No flex time. Conservative culture.

Senior management in Sweden is very democratic and open to ideas and changes. Always something to work on and frequent new product launches
Cons
Overall heavy on the traditional dealer sales model. Subsidiary offices are not too involved in the product development phase and only focus on sales target Very few training opportunities. HR is almost non-existential
