Pros

New and exciting domains of work; flexibility and openess to ideas. Opportunity to explore and plan. Most leaders provide independence to manage teams and mentorship all along.

Cons

HR policies are weak and non-responsive. Lack of transparency in execution of policies. There is no forum to sort out issues related to team, co-workers or work culture. The work culture completely dependent on the leader/boss one works with. Pay bands are average. Pay bands and grades are also not transparent. Growth paths are missing or not disclosed.
