I learn there how handle the team, how to work with our colleagues as well as in pressurized condition. Good work environment and culture. While Working having fun and Joy. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. I wish my company stay always no.1 in industry.

Lots and lots to Learn here. they work on long term, Complex and challenging projects. if you cannot work hard (doesn't mean that you have to sit late) , cannot follow the process, and are not a team player then do not join this company. because then it will be very difficult for you to deliver the high quality their clients expect. Mr Sikka, is an Extremely helpful CEO, sits with you to help you solve the issues if you are stuck, sometimes also brings food/ coffee for you from home if you are sitting late to meet your deadlines. I loved his Paneer Tikka many times during my tenure here. Learnt a lot from him personally. Amazing company and amazing projects. Be prepared to take challenges if you want to work in Prologic Technologies because they will give you everything you need but if you do not deliver quality work then will relieve you soon. They do not tolerate Dishonest and Unethical employees. You must be true and committed to your work.
