Pros

- Get to work from home. - Really smart people on the team that are fun to work with and come up with really cool ideas. - You get to do pretty cool stuff.

Cons

- The management is a joke. They don't give you any coaching then yell at you for underperforming on things you have no idea how to do. They are also completely unrealistic in how you should be communicating with others.

Pros

Pay is decent at least

Cons

When you reveal the curtain and are hired, you realize there is actually 0 benefits 401k match is almost non-existent and takes many years to vest The best health insurance costs so much, you're better off just not taking it and paying cash as it hardly covers anything yet costs hundreds of $ each month HR is a nightmare to get any information from, even when escalating

not a place to stay very long

Pros

- you'll be working alongside smart, talented, hard-working people in the individual contributor roles - completely remote

Cons

- minimal or no growth opportunities. - you are over-managed by under-qualified implementation managers. expect to meet frequently with them while they haphazardly change your project assignments and timelines on a whim. you will feel like a chess piece in a game where the players act compulsively and lack the capacity to understand the rules. - extremely process-heavy but the process documentation is scattered and poorly communicated. - so many pointless recurring meetings that further interrupt your day. - you will be asked constantly for your feedback but the company will either ignore it or will prescribe its own solutions instead of listening to your suggestions. - pay is not good and leadership knows it. benefits are bad. - difficult to enjoy the job due to all of the issues above. - losing a lot of good people and probably will lose more because of the issues above. i'm not planning on staying.
