no pros. for interns no pros . the only good thing is tea you lii get and in lunch you get razma chawal of Rs 20/ per plate. so atleat you can relax during lunch hours.
Cons
alot cheaters. they ll tel you that the internship is a paid internship and when you join then , they wont provide even a penny. unnecessarily being personal. No focus on work, confused management, selfish and cheaters senior or employees who even compete with interns. the only way to sustain there is buttering and being personal. no focus on work. employees takes credits of your work. and even uses cheap words and fight with you. no professionalism. pathetic work culture.
