If you are habitually time frittering, Protechsoft is such a bad option for you to take up a job. If you are a dawdler looking up for career options, then Protechsoft is definitely not one of them because the sagacious people at Protechsoft, who are penchant towards technical excellence compel you to work like them. So. it is highly advisable for dawdlers to avoid Protechsoft. The combination of hard work and smart work is the oxygen that germinates growth. With Protechsoft now on the track for a colossal growth, if you are one such individual, who is a go getter and looking for augmented growth both professionally and financially, then Protechsoft is the place for you. At Protechsoft, you can be a part of idiosyncratic trailblazers researching and building unique software components and frameworks. Additionally, Protechsoft is coming up with PROPEL (Protechsoft Performance Enhancing Leaders) reward scheme, where you will be rewarded unstintingly for your excellence in performance, no matter what team you belong to.
Nothing to tell as cons

Nothing much from pros perspective. They will hire freshers only and even candidate who have arrears then also they will select the candidates.
No leave for first one year of probation period No team management For client they will show like protech Inc is handling the project but internally in India they will operate the whole project Managers treats people like slaves. Critical politics will happen at the work place No cab and cafeteria PEOPLE WHO ARE THINKING THEY HAVE TO GO PEAK IN THEIR CAREER PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE THIS LOW LEVEL COMPANY

Excellent company for freshers to learn a lot of indepth knowledge - especially in R&D C team. Everyone who worked in the C team knew the value of the learnings here after they have left the company. The work that I did here made me what I am today. All credits to my C team leads, C team colleagues and MD for giving me good quality tasks.
Less Salary Poor infrastructure when I worked here - heard that company moved to a tech park now. Bad leave policy for 1st year of your job HR should be more concerned about the employees welfare1

It is a very good company for a fresher who has a passion for learning to start his career. I am working in Protechsoft for more than 7 years as a developer. I got opportunities to learn different technologies – Datastructures, Algorithms, Network Programming, Server Designs, Block Chains, Machine Learning, etc. How I feel here is – during our academics we were learning and paying for it, but here I am learning and getting paid for it. During my training period, I can honestly say that, I understood a lot of things which are way ahead when compared to the things learned during my 4 years of graduation.
Not much cons to say about the organization.3
