Nothing much from pros perspective. They will hire freshers only and even candidate who have arrears then also they will select the candidates.

Excellent company for freshers to learn a lot of indepth knowledge - especially in R&D C team. Everyone who worked in the C team knew the value of the learnings here after they have left the company. The work that I did here made me what I am today. All credits to my C team leads, C team colleagues and MD for giving me good quality tasks.

Less Salary Poor infrastructure when I worked here - heard that company moved to a tech park now. Bad leave policy for 1st year of your job HR should be more concerned about the employees welfare

It is a very good company for a fresher who has a passion for learning to start his career. I am working in Protechsoft for more than 7 years as a developer. I got opportunities to learn different technologies – Datastructures, Algorithms, Network Programming, Server Designs, Block Chains, Machine Learning, etc. How I feel here is – during our academics we were learning and paying for it, but here I am learning and getting paid for it. During my training period, I can honestly say that, I understood a lot of things which are way ahead when compared to the things learned during my 4 years of graduation.
