I have been working at Providence Health & Services full-time

    Pros

St. John's CFDC truly cares about their employees. The familial work environment makes everyone feel valued, and the dedication to quality services makes you feel proud to be a part of the clinic. Although CFDC may not always be seen by the larger Providence system, the senior leadership of CFDC makes up for it.

    Cons

CFDC is part of Providence Health which is a large corporation with hospitals throughout the country. They are not in the business of mental health so do not always understand what CFDC does.

    Advice to Management

No advice to CFDC's management team, but would advice senior leadership of the greater Providence St John's system to show more appreciation to this incredible mental health department within their greater hospital setting.
