I worked at PruittHealth full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Residents and their families. Even the challenging ones are a joy to work with.

    Cons

Continuous cuts to staff benefits. Does not pay holidays, except for Christmas Day IF it falls during the week. Horrible health insurance that pays for nothing. Very little PTO...which much be used for sick, holidays and vacation. Vacation is JOKE in this company. Told staff in November that they would not receive their Christmas bonus. Raises are VERY small. Management has no accountability. Cover each other... and treat their subordinates very unfairly. Always short-staffed and do little to reward hard workers. Take the cheapest way possible in terms of staff recognition. Very corrupt. Unfairly retaliates and targets those who aren't "team players," meaning those who won't participate in their targeting and bullying of anyone who does anything that remotely resembles disagreeing with them. Neil Pruitt could care less. He spends a gazillion dollars twice a year on lavish parties with free flowing booze for his management crew while line staff lose bonuses and get $10 Walmart gift cards in exchange for giving up their Christmas Day with their families.

I worked at PruittHealth part-time for more than a year

    Pros

working with the clients/patient's this is there home, for however long they are there, some maybe to the end of there life.. some are treated so disrespectfully, inhumane it absolutely makes me sick.

    Cons

everything, no compassion your vision is a LIE... your medical license stays in jeopardy for the company wanting you to lie to the state, wonder if you are called in to testify in court and lie under oath...guess what your license is gone and you are going to serve some prison time, you think Mr. Pruitt cares NO.. he is probably at one of his elaborate homes in Malibu or wherever... smh, what a joke...

    Advice to Management

keep your good- hardworking honest staff happy, never make them choose between there family in need and your shift demands, emergencies or that emergencies we cannot prepare for them or forsee them, you may want to update your own self on policies and procedures, bullying, sexual harassment... there are many attorneys that are willing to take on big corporate like Pruitt, so don't fool yourself as being untouchable... legally cause you are not.

I have been working at PruittHealth full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

The patients entrusted in our care are the bright spot of the day. Decent PTO program except no payout if you leave , even with ample notice.

    Cons

HUGE disconnect between upper management and the regular workers. No room for advancement unless you are a relative, close friend or a suck-up. Many managers have no experience for the jobs they got promoted to.

    Advice to Management

Mr. Pruitt should hire an outside consultant or auditor to see what is really going on with his executive team and the inefficiencies that are rampant with his company. There is no way he would let some things go on that occur.

I have been working at PruittHealth full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Can't think of any except the concept to provide top quality care .

    Cons

    1. Lack of equipment to do your job ... i.e. - a WORKING networking system that allows you to do your job 2. An administrator that is level headed, and not a shallow self-centered, fly off the handle, giving unrealistic commands and expectations of the employees. 3. VERY and I mean VERY top heavy in management ! the "good ol boy" system is alive and well at Pruitt Health 4. Horrible health insurance, ... retirement (401k), and holiday benefits.... getting worse every day.

I worked at PruittHealth full-time for less than a year

    Pros

There are no pros to this department! Stay away!!!

    Cons

I was lied to about the job I interviewed for. Turns out that the employees who are not nurses are "hourly"not salary. Case management lacks management skilled people, there is absolutely no communication in this department. The manager is disrespectful, racist and unqualified for her job. People take 2 hour lunch with out clocking out which the company is paying for them for being out of the office. Smh!!! They do... not give any holidays you have to use your own PTO days (i.e. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years)

I have been working at PruittHealth full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Strong focus on staff education

    Cons

Too much work and lack of resources; Only one paid holiday a year; corporate management does not care about staff. No room for growth beyond facility level. CEO is a ruthless businessman that only cares about the company's profits, in order to buy new buildings, but does not care about staff's well-being

    Advice to Management

Listen to the workers, and actually keep your word
