I have been working at PruittHealth part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Good pay, I like the other staff a lot, administration included. There's minimal drama here, which is unusual in a LTC facility. I get as many or few hours as I want.

    Cons

The building for my facility is incredibly run down. Half of the equipment is broken. You rarely have the supplies you need.

I have been working at PruittHealth full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

There are no pros that's why every positive review is management posing as satisfied staff

    Cons

Everything about Pruitt is a con. The way nurses is deplorable. The View was tame by comparison to what management says to you daily

    Advice to Management

Stop creating a hostile work place for employees!

    Positive Outlook

    I worked at PruittHealth

    Pros

BEAUTIFUL facility,Good salary, Love the Veterans, fair benifits, 8hour shifts

    Cons

Poor work and leadership ethics from facility managment. People in house given positions that they clearly are not qualified to do based on outside of work relationships Abuse of the "at wil" policy to get rid of anyone who questions policy or challenges unethical behavior of managment. Very unprofessional environment that ultimately affects care delivery to the Veterans

    Advice to Management

Clean up the unprofessional behavior.Keep your private life and your nonwork related interactions out of the work place. Provide the necessary tools for staff to be able to do their jobs.Stop terminating people that are good employees just because you can.

    I worked at PruittHealth full-time

    Pros

Staff at the inpatient unit was great-everyone worked together as a team.Patient care was exceptional. Work atmosphere was harmonious and far above average.

    Cons

Corporate stepped in.New management , staff cuts. Many of the staff have left -others are looking for jobs. Patient care is now second to the bottom line...

    Advice to Management

You had a great facility with an awesome staff. Why did you try to fix something that wasn't broken?Very sad for the remaining staff and future patients....

I have been working at PruittHealth full-time

    Pros

Working with co-workers and the patients!

    Cons

-Bad CEO, who doesn't know a hole in the wall from his butt hole! -Too many yes men in management! - They have yet again cut a Floor nurse and staff nurse from all the facilities, this by placing more work on already overworked staff nurses and CNA's! -Food quality for residents just barely meets poor standard ie not enough, repeated menu items in the same week, and not overall healthy ( a homeless person eats better...

    Advice to Management

Just sell the company to someone who cares Niell, you are not your father, a much better caring person and business man he was!
