I have been working at PruittHealth full-time for more than a year

    Pros

There are some great people working in the facilities

    Cons

People are bullied and fired at the whim of insecure Administrators.

    Advice to Management

Take a look at who you've hired to manage your facilities. You lose good people everyday behind insecure leadership!!!

    Pros

Great people - an attitude of "we are all in this together"

    Cons

Holidays and a week after Christmas and any sick time - come out of PTO balance whether you like it or not, a strange set up for the corporate employees.

    Advice to Management

Change the vacation policy ad give your people real PTO and Paid holidays. More salary positions. Do employee reviews on time.

I have been working at PruittHealth part-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Individual offices are independent and self-sustaining. Ability to work between offices and even between fields, such as home health and hospice. Great people to work with in a friendly environment.

    Cons

Family-owned and run business; not always up-to-date with current business practices. Positions generally filled from within instead of searching externally for the best talent in the field. Interest in outperforming other companies not always evident in actions. Individual orientation remains ineffective for professional jobs; inconsistent and haphazard at best.

    Advice to Management

Improve communication with employees. Search far and wide for the best talent to fill positions. Reward individual offices for great work. Improve orientation for professional career positions -- add consistency whenever possible.
