I worked at PruittHealth full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Free lunches, Met a few brilliant Rph's, No general population to deal with, PTO, Turkey on Christmas, relationships built with some staff members.

    Cons

Backdoor politics, Scared to pull one person for an issue. Instead the whole pharmacy has to suffer for a select few. Nurses can be really condescending when you are trying to help them. Insurance is horribly expensive and very little in return. No real retirement options. Not a long term option for employment.

I have been working at PruittHealth full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Weekends for Corporate Workers High Starting Pay (Depending on Job)

    Cons

PTO is used for all holidays (exc. Christmas) and if company systems malfunction, expect to use PTO for that too. PTO is also your sick leave Benefits are less than subpar Raises are at a minimum...expect to work hard with no gratitude shown No respect of personal time...expect to be called outside of your normal 9-5 or even work until late at the last minute due to systems failing. Managers show favoritism, and the environment is negative and toxic. Manager is out every week and leads from behind. Corporate shows no care to anyone except for higher-ups Building is disgusting and poorly maintained Benefits were taken away to purchase a new building HIGH turnaround rate
