Pros

There is no pros, they give you WFH as they do not have proper office space but ask you to work for 12 hours and even stretch and weekedn working as well.

Cons

Before joining Publicis Re:Sources, be cautious, and if you find yourself there, you might want to leave within six months. Many people have reported issues with HR, highlighting poor communication and a tendency to pressure candidates into accepting offers and joining dates that may not be ideal. This can make starting at the company uncomfortable. The work mainly involves internal projects, which might not provide much learning or exposure to different experiences. Issues with management have also been noted, with some managers allegedly blaming others for their mistakes and using Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) unfairly. Leadership might be disengaged, leaving teams to handle responsibilities while they enjoy perks. Others have described the company culture as unprofessional and toxic, with HR often siding with managers without questioning their actions. Employees might be given more work than they can handle in an effort to save costs, leading to stress and dissatisfaction. Additionally, there’s talk of significant layoffs each year, affecting 15-20% of the workforce, not necessarily because of performance, but due to a mismatch between the number of employees and available work. This creates job insecurity and a tense work environment, as employees fear for their jobs. Overall, these factors could make working at Publicis Re:Sources challenging.

Pros

My direct supervisor is good about encouraging a work/life balance. The company can be generous with personal time and flexible.

Cons

The penny pinching and refusal to invest in their talent or computers is demoralizing. Creatives are expected to work on old and broken computers. They sold the agencies on a leasing scheme for computers with the promise of regular refreshes and stock for repairs. As soon as that went online they started changing the terms of the deal from 3 years, to 4 years, to, well, how does never sound? They simply refuse to invest in the equipment that the agencies need and as such the Field IT team is regularly expected to pull rabbits out of hats to facilitate the relentless crush of new hires and repairs thrown at them.
