Pros
Working at Q3 Technology was a great experience. Work has never felt like work because I loved what I did and I loved interacting with the people. The colleagues were all great. The benefits and salary for a full-time job were amazing. This is a job I really miss and I am grateful for the opportunity that was given to me!

We highly appreciate and value your feedback. Q3 follows working hours as prevalent in the IT industry and provides ample opportunities to balance their work life. Employees are highly responsible and take a lot of pride and accomplishment in their jobs. They work such hours which are reasonably necessary to meet business requirements. Employees can opt for Work from home as per policy and thereby fulfill their personal and official work commitments. In the current scenario as well employees have been working from home from about 80 Indian cities for the past 8 to 9 months. Q3 offers a competitive compensation and benefits at par with IT industry.
