      Just None , let me repeat none whatsoever , one of the worst companies you can work for

      Infinite Cons , lets me list few fore you: zero employee centric , being a company in medical system , no covid 19 support to its own employee, they will force you work day and night and if you dont their manager will start pushing to resign , you will be tortured emotionally, mentally your health will deteriorate, you will have zero personal space , your phone will keep on ringing even in middle of night by your blood sucking managers ,no employee policy, WORST COMPANY

      bad leadership management lack of transparency bias approach and un equal treatment need to be rock solid to survive the culture and environment very toxic

      Good platform for freshers, A very complex environment, multiple technologies, enormous learning library

      Cons

      1) Lots of dirty politics 2) Lazy people only need to butter up their bosses to stay permanently in the org 3) No promotions/hikes for deserving employees. 4) As good as no bonuses 5) continuously changing management/policies 6) biased managers (they prefer to hire/promote ppl of their own kind) 7) no HR presence
