      there are really no pros , really

      No Medical benefits, no insurance, people are polite but do politics at back. Strict timings. they put false reviews here to make it look a good/decent company but trust me never join this company, while offering they even declare the timings in offer letter which you sign and will tell everything is fine but once you join you will regret. Also there is no learning.No BENEFITS at all even service companies have more benefits.

      1. Competitive salary and Main perk is QNAP gives year end bonus which most of the Indian software companies don’t give. 2. Management is really good and friendly and work environment is good. Good place to stay and work with QNAP for long term. 3. QNAP is one of the top company in NAS domain. Can learned various new technologies here. QNAP follows standard process for software development. 4. QNAP has development center in Bangalore as well as Taipei Taiwan. Taipei is main development center so can get onsite opportunity to work. 5. Opportunity to work on lattest cutting edge technologies 6. They have very good pantry to refresh yourself and awesome view from office. Office environment is neat and clean. 7. Provides good leave policy.

      1. You can check how they have skewed the rating from nov.19 to now, previously their rating was 1.5 and suddenly after nov19 it increased, so you know definately they are skewing rating. 2. So much politics, you literally have nothing free, everthing is decided by management and you have to stick to it, even a single deviation will result you getting fired. 3. No benefits at all worse than a service company. 4. People at higher positions are just incapable.
