    Negative Outlook

I worked at QNet part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Nice people at lower level

    Cons

Staff at lower levels slog daily. Managers and higher ups do nothing but take credit and bonuses.

Lower level staff don't get pushed or appreciated.
Higher level staff enjoy many benefits.

Pretentious management who reach big positions due to family tie up.

    Advice to Management

without your lower level staff you will crumble since the higher level staff aren't fit to do anything except sit back and relax and pretend to work.
