I worked at QNet part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Nice people at lower level

    Cons

Staff at lower levels slog daily. Managers and higher ups do nothing but take credit and bonuses.

Lower level staff don't get pushed or appreciated.
Higher level staff enjoy many benefits.

Pretentious management who reach big positions due to family tie up.

    Advice to Management

without your lower level staff you will crumble since the higher level staff aren't fit to do anything except sit back and relax and pretend to work.

    I worked at QNet full-time

    Pros

Great team of colleagues. An international company spanning 22 countries, it has its origins in Malaysia and Hong Kong. Incepted since 1997. The clientele is personable and friendly.

    Cons

Long shift hours, a small team with an overladen portfolio and too-soon deadlines.

    Advice to Management

Be more accepting of employees' shortcoming and give better welfare, treat colleagues as humans with emotions instead of subordinates to be ordered about at all costs.

    Pros

Great benefits (if you work in corporate), company outings, CRS activities, new company phones, great office facilities, a lot of expats and international offices, so you get to work with people from all over the world. You can be promoted fast.

    Cons

Work was hectic due to management's lack of planning and poor communication. A lot of corporate politics, shifting deadlines, sometimes you don't understand what's expected of you, hence high turnover rate.

    Advice to Management

more project planning and less politics would be great. Poor planning results in people working late hours without feeling appreciated and this is why they leave.
