Pros
Caring company, cares deeply about mental health Good values Nice offices Nice benefits Excellent managers
Cons
Technology is old fashioned, needs an overhaul Some processes are very backward, do not make sense Supply Chain department is seen as an 'admin' dept, gets on dumped on a lot
- Current Employee, more than 5 years★★★★★
Pros

Cons
attitudes can change and personalities can clash

Pros
Great People. Work on a lot of different projects at once. Get to experiment quite a lot within small budgets. Skilled technicians and creatives to collaborate with. Get to work across lots of different sectors. Great work/life balance. Rarely if ever need to work late/weekends.
Cons
Very limited budgets and creative is kept within a particular TOV. Working on many projects at once so can be difficult to dig deep into one. Company is pretty comfortable plodding along so it can be difficult to push into new areas. Zero career progression. Comes with a lot of stigma from other companies when looking to interview for your next role. You'll find yourself doing the same projects year in year out with little variety.

Pros
Good general staff Lovely location Did I mention the location
Cons
Too many middle management lifers, who have clique together and only care about themselves at the expense of their teams and the company. Don’t get me wrong, some are tremaindous while others will be the absolute d’eath of the company. For those, it seems harsh, but a suitable term would be corrupt.
