    Pros

    Very good and lots to learn if you are new into field of information technology. Management is quite good

    Cons

    Very long working hours. Less client interaction. Increment and incentives are less. And lot of weekend workings.

    Advice to Management

    Please try to maintain work life balance. Do take in consideration social life of employees. Otherwise quite good work environment.

    Pros

    Good options for promotion - more likely to promote from within then external Good perks!

    Cons

    Always restructuring - and not very transparent about any moves until it drops, or even still then. They like to put their head in the sand continually about anything controversial until its too late Don't pay that well - perks are good but they expect that to cover the missed wages

    More transparency!!

    Pros

    Good culture, smart people, amazing flight benefits, people are collaborative front end development is what this business is all about.

    Cons

    Strategy to white label means huge dependancy on other partners to deliver changes which typically competes against other competitor partners. Not much control on the back end component with other partners as it involves long lead times, especially for banking partners.

    Advice to Management

    Introduce product(s) or features which are truly innovative and what customers are asking for. Some of the financial service products are seen as 'follower' type products rather than those considered as 'pioneers' and would benefit greatly if more bold and brave decisions are made. Management should consider bringing products which are not necessarily in the mature market but ones which are also in the... growth/developing stage of the product life cycle.

    Great atmosphere, no day is ever the same, constantly meeting new people and working with new crew.

    Cons

    Pay and penalty rates could be better considering we work terrible hours and holidays etc.
