Nice Compensation and benefits, lots of stocks and good insurance plans. Lot of responsibility, lot of opportunities for learning. Free food.
Cons
No work life balance it depends on individual teams also. Work long hours is a norm and culture of overwork in some teams. No independent projects in India. Lot of dependencies on San Diego. So staying awake late night is needed otherwise you will loose track of things.
