Pros
Good place to work, bosses want to see you succeed, and have a lot of patience. I am always able to have my questions answered, I feel extremely comfortable in the environment. Room for growth. Incredibly fair pay plans. Good benefits.
Cons
Personal space is limited. It’s a pretty cramped dealership.

Pros
Great hours 830-5 off Sunday and one other day during the week. Closed on holidays, and paid for them as well. The pay structure is one of the best I have seen for sales people.
Cons
Impossible to get special finance customers approved (they do not have the banks required) half of the employees are great, the other half not so much. Management bounces between being laid back in some buildings, to being micro managed in other buildings. The finance director doesn’t take anytime off work, and is really frustrating to work deals with. He is always there, you can’t avoid him.
