      Pros

      Some great, smart people that want to do great work for clients and to support each other. Good work space.

      Cons

      Leadership that is untrusting and self centered. The glow of a positive culture emanates but when peeled back, you see disengaged employees gasping for purpose. Office politics alive and well so be careful.

      Creative company to work for!

      Pros

      The Content Experience Team is wonderful and small so you get a lot of exposure to working with teams and different clientele throughout the company. The manager of this team is also very skilled, very fair, and kind to work for.

      Cons

      There are a lot of perks (i.e., work phone, etc.) but it's a very typical agency setting with a "work hard, play hard" type mentality set by the upper management.
